In the final the best of 5 legs was played, and it proved to be an entertaining affair, with Neal & Glynis going 2-1 up and looking likely to take the next sitting on double 8 but Victor took out the high checkout on the night with a classy 158 finish to square the match at 2-2, Neal then started the fifth and final leg with a 180 his second of the match Glynis also put in a big score which opened up a lead that Victor and Michelle were unable to pull back leaving Neal and Glynis as deserved winners after a hard fought match. Victor also had a 180 during the final, others to hit a max score on the night were Marc Henry & Ronnie Johnson.

A spoksmen thanked the Legion & their staff for hosting the event and supplying the prize bottles and to Zena Johnson for presenting the shield.
